Re: Comic Party Revolution General Discussion Thread
While I enjoyed both the first and second seasons, they somewhat different in style. Similar to the differences, though not quite to the same extent, as Orphen and Orphen: Revenge, or Negima! and Negima!?.
I suspect that someone who enjoyed the first season of Comic Party will also enjoy Comic Party Revolution as long as they don't go into it expecting a straightforward transition into direct sequel.
Re: Comic Party Revolution General Discussion Thread
I finally got to watch some of it, the first disc (7 episodes) to be exact, and I see what you mean Kam. It's...like a different show almost, but still really good. I love the new opening theme. And while I miss the cast of the first dub, the dub here is hardly bad. Josh Grell actually does a good Taishi, but nobody can top Liam O'Brian there.
I recently bought this and will be watching it soon enough. I hope it stands up to how good the first season was.
