Priscilla is the best, I liked her the most going way back to the early volumes. Flora was pretty cool but man did she get killed! Sometimes Yagi kills characters to early (Alicia and Beth)
Galatea is undoubtedly my favorite Claymore. She is easily captivating and quite elegant for someone that destroyed her eyes. Galatea's abilities are so amazing... from Yoki manipulation to precise wide ranged yoki sensing and boasts the strongest power among Clare's generation. Her composure is always calm and she hates deforming her face to release yoki, an act similar to Teresa. It's also nice to see Galatea's personal side as she was found in Rabona, I love her maternal figure and her dutiful will to protect Rabona. Clearly she has given up being a Claymore to become a bit more human like and that's admirable.
MY FAVORITE CLAYMORE CARACTER IS A TIE BETWEEN FLORA AND GALATEA. THEY ARE JUST AWESOME.

Teresa, Clare, Miria and Helen are my favorites. I hated Ophilia and especially Priscilla.
