Since they kinda ran out of source material with season one, I guess they had to wait for the manga to get ahead again.... And to go add this in... It would be easy to erase the issues created in the storyline by the last two episodes.
We want a 2nd Season of Claymore!!!!! Funimation get back together with Madhouse and MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!! The fanbase for Claymore is HUGE!!! I just bought the blu ray box set this week, Its incredible!!!!
I just wanted to say I joined this site to show my support for what I consider a unforgettable anime. I purchased the Bluray this week and am planning a marathon to get my friend into it too.
It would also be awesome if Toonami got the license for Claymore for their Saturday night block. It fits with the mature action undertones suggested in their current programming and shouldn't be too expensive to acquire the rights due to its low sales. It isn't very popular here in the states and I think with enough exposure it could have an even stronger following and encourage a sequel to be made in the future when the manga gets further along.
I discovered this website because I recently watched Claymore season one and was fully capitvated, going to actually buy the series myself so I can watch it over again which is something I wouldn't normally do, but this was such an amazing show I can't believe that haven't put out multiple seasons. I really hope they come out with a season two.
I'd love to a second season, the anime did verge of course from the Manga but not so much that it couldn't be picked up again.
Also it is great that so many people are joining and coming here to show support for Claymore remember that Funimation doesn't actually make Anime just gets the liscense to sell it over here from whichever Japanese company that actually mad e it. Unless the Japanese companies follow sites like this to realize how popular a show is outside of Japan it depends on the local Japanese market if a show will get a second season or not.
If the special blue ray pack is right and they are making more then yes expect to see something about it next year. Otherwise you'll most likely have to start reading the Manga to get your Claymore fix.
What must we do for Claymore 2. I loved this show. My favorite anime by far!!!
Buy the series on dvd or blueray, if there is profit to be made then the interest to continue the series will be there.
I just finished the series and am considering buying it just for the sake of the creators getting my money and interest.
I have never even given the thought to do that for any other series be it anime or anything else.
That is how much I loved Claymore.

It would be nice since the manga is getting finished if either the series could get a second season or if it would be redone closer to the manga.
