I finished watching the anime like 3 times and I even decided to buy the limited edition boxset of it.
anyways, I'm confused in some parts:

1) Why is the General old? I remember he said he had a disease and that restricts him from using his Gigalomanic powers.
I'm not sure if they go into details of it.

2) When Nanami is captured and Rimi comes to try and save her, her right hand is gone like fading. I didn't get why though. I read the manga, and in the manga her right hand is cut off and sent to taku's place. When taku calls Nanami on the phone, he hears a ringing in the package. He opens it and finds Nanami hand in there holding her cell phone. (Very disturbing scene for me when I was reading it)

3) If the world they are living in real? because in the ending, Shibuya is restored even though it was destoryed. Or was it because Taku and rimi wished it so the delusion became real that the city is back?

Thats all thats bottling my mind.
