Unfortunately that sounds like a website bug to me. Send an email detailing the problem to webmaster (at) funimation [.] com to get some direct assistance and hopefully we can work it out quickly!

If you are using Google Chrome then you may need to Empty your Cache. Go to Chrome's MENU > TOOLS > CLEAR BROWSING DATA... > EMPTY THE CACHE then click on Clear Browsing Data. None of the other boxes need to be checked. Refresh the page and the video should come up in a few seconds.
I must do this after each episode I watch it is one of the bugs with the beta site, I don't have this problem with other video sites.
If you're not using Chrome then I'm afraid I'm not sure what the issue may be.
