Kuroshitsuji II and will it be dubbed?

Ok so i watched the entire first season and thought to myself.....

That's how it ends? There has to be more.....CIEL CANT DIE! yell
But then as i was watching some youtube videos on the subject of cielxsebastian i came across some videos for "Claude x alois" and at first i thought.....Well who are these two and why did they take the place of sebby-chan and ciel? Only the next day I found out that there was another season shocked and it continued the first and it had sebby and ciel in it shocked So i want to know if FUNIMATION is planning on dubbing this season and, if they are, when is it to be released? Really appreciate your input on this matter.

also.....they had better have the same voice actors if they do....I so love J. Star Michealis Star Tatum XD heart
