There's one thing I would like to bring up on this forum that so far hasn't been even mentioned: the manga. Birdy the Mighty has not one but two manga iterations, and according to the web, an earlier manga made into the 1996 OVA, and a remake manga. But the older manga canceled production for some reason, so I'm rather thankful that the remake manga is making great progress. I'm hoping that a manga English Language company would release the remake manga for US Birdy fans.
