My favorite duo was definitely Jacuzzi and Nice. I also really like the Rail Tracer/Claire. He pretty much crossed the line twice for me when it came to liking him. I hated what he did to Czeslaw, especially since he was more or less still a little kid - even if he was older than most of the characters - but he quickly became a fave anyway after that.
Isaac and Miria are a hoot, though. I just like Jacuzzi, Nice, and Rail Tracer better.
My favorite would either be Firo or Jacuzi, I think both characters are caught up in the events of their stories rather than causing them. I think that makes them more relatable since their in similair positions to the viewers. Still great cast and a great show.

I'm another Isaac and Miria fan. I adored them, even if I found their stupidity to be unbelievable at times!
I'm going to go with Isaac and Miria as well. I enjoyed their hijinks. Jaccuzi and Nice are also great as a duo.

Czeslaw Meyer, because he is the easiest character to sympathize with. Special mention for Firo, he's pretty cool.

I love practically all of the characters, but Jacuzzi is my favorite. He may seem like just a crybaby at first, but he is so noble at the same time.
Firo or Luck, ( he is just a bad-ass
). All though, Isaac and Miria are cool, too
