It is not possible to download Aria The Scarlet Ammo episodes at this time.
If you want to download it, you will have to wait until October.
It will be available on 2 websites for download:
www.amazon.com -> Oct 23
www.righstuf.com -> about 2 weeks before Oct 23 (if all goes well)
The download may vary depending on website, since they use different net-connections.
Aria will have a file size of about 15 GB for the 480p files and 62 GB for the 1080p files, this is a total of 77 GB. All files will include English subtitle with English and Japanese dual audio. Unfortunately it will not be available for separate download.
If you live in the US, then Amazon uses several Internet Service Providers for their net-connections, they use Internet Service Provider (ISP for short) called UPS and USPS. If we consider the total size of the Aria files and the average speed of their slowest connection, the download speed will be about 312kB/s, so the total time of download will take about 3 days (in case if you keep your computer running all the way until it finishes).
However, if you live in Europe like me, then Amazon will use an ISP called DHL with an European proxy called Deutsche Post if you use the slowest connection they have. This proxy is slow, so the download speed is about 63kB/s, so the total time of download would take about 15 days with this method.
However there is Right Stuf, who will unlock the 480p/1080p files for download about 2 weeks before of the official date (If all goes well!). There are several connection types here to download if you live in the US. They use ISP called USPS and UPS and depending on the connection you use the speed may vary from 104kB/s to 312kB/s, so the download speed may vary from 3 to 9 days. However if you live in Europe, then Right Stuf will use an ISP called Brokers Worldwide. The download speed of this ISP is about 134kB/s, so the download should be about 1 week.
However non-US downloaders please note that there is a hacker group called "customs", who have cells in every country and this group may delay and slow down the download speed.
