I love that Bandai Visual adopted the worldwide release model for Gundam Unicorn and wonder if they will attempt it with anything else now that their North American branch has closed down? I was worried that they may not even finish with the Gundam UC project and just subtitle release the remainder but they are definitely sticking with it. They are selling them for more than a typical R1 release goes for but not as much as a Japanese release and doesn't seem to be an issue on reverse imports. Does anyone think this could work on future Bandai projects, or is this it for the world wide release? I sure as hell wish Evangelion was being released like this as well!
