Who gives the best hugs in anime?

Once upon a time, Lime from Saber Marionette was so cute with her hugs, a real person decided to give lots of hugs. THE END Megumi Hayashibara may be in her 40s, but she still looks adorable. I'm sorry but, Anime is at a disadvantage here.... cause theres no hug in all of exsistance cuter or more potent, then a pony hug!
But getting back on topic If I could get hugged by any anime character, I would probably choose Totoro (you know from the Ghibli film) I imagine t'would be nice & warm.
As for human characters..... I dunno, Mihoshi I guess. *Kiyone you lucky duck you!*
