I see it, I hope it's real, but it's probably just a big joke.
This isnt a prank, its the best Fanservice ever. Its Williams Street saying hey We could prank you. But instead were going to give you a truly amazing gift. Even if it is just for Tonight, TOM and the Absolution are back. Thanks Williams Street, for giving us older fans a shout out.

What Sound said. I am almost certain this is just for tonight, but you know what? I'm all right with that. I'm staying up later than I have in AGES to watch this, even the shows I don't really care about, because it's TOONAMI.
Now, I don't want to get anyone's hope up, because again - this is more than likely a ONE NIGHT THING - but want to know how you help the dream that it's not? It's not by posting about it on forums and Facebook (DO THAT TOO however); nor is it even by mailing the networks. We've done both of those for years.
You really wanna show them you want Toonami back? Then watch this block for all it's worth. Ratings speak more than anything else. Let your love shine through guys. I know I am.

One thing that did stand out was the next week on Bleach bumper they did after it ended. So who knows maybe there experimenting maybe TOM might comeback to host AS Saturday nights but yeah tonights schedule is deffinantly a one shot shout out. Again a joke/prank is an entirly diffrent thing. This has been a present not a prank. Also....GIGANTOR!!!,,lol. Anywho Heres hoping at the very least this is an i indication anime isnt dead on Adult Swim.

Also have to wonder how involved our US distributors were involved...this is the 1st time ive seen comercials for RightStuf on TV. And the bumps about the DVD releases for the shows airing. If anything tonight has been a succesful night to get people to want to buy some classic anime, lol.

The Right Stuf ad was probably part of the deal to get the 60s Astro Boy series back on TV since they have the home video license to that show and have had it since the beginning.

As for FUNi, stupid move giving Adult Swim the Yu Yu Hakusho Blu-ray masters to air while only promoting the DVD sets and another stupid move was promoting Tenchi Muyo OVA 3 as "the complete series" while Adult Swim show footage of OVAs 1 & 2.
