Re: Shows you'd like to see licensed by FUNimation

Another License I want Funimation to aquire is the anime "Exorsister" from the anime Studio Shaft. This anime is schedules to air spring 2013 in Japan.

Also, I would like Funimation to license "Cross Channel" from the anime studio PA Works. Cross Channel is a visual novel game by Flying Shine. It even spawned a popular online spin-off game called Nanaca Crash!! If you want to play the game, Click Here

The three TLR series are already licensed and two series have already released by Sentai Filmworks, so it ain't happening.

The only place I have seen this series mentioned for spring of this year was on a fake chart (the same one that lists Nisekoi, My Girlfriend is the President, Monster Musume no Iro Nichijou, and others).

The only two anime I see on that chart that have turned out to be real are Silver Spoon and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin , neither of which will be available this spring.

Pandora Hearts is licensed by NISA.

Hajime no Ippo is unlikely since it's a sports anime and those don't tend to do very well here.

I have a couple of Guest Passes for Crunchyroll.  PM me here or on CR (firefly167) if you want one and I'll send you the code.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

Watching this on Crunchyroll right now, and I would really love to see this for a couple of reasons. First, it's got a very "Spice and Wolf" feel to it, in that its a medieval fantasy setting but focuses on economic things rather than outright sword and sorcery combat.

There is a war going on, but so far it's largely relegated to the background, and instead focuses on the Demon King (or rather Queen), and the Hero, as they try to find a way to end the war that would benefit everyone, rather than just a few elite nobles. So its kind of nice to see a medieval fantasy story where the combat isn't the main focus.

Secondly, the two main characters are voiced by the same two voice actors who did the role for Holo and Lawrence in Spice and Wolf. Having loved the dub of Spice and Wolf, I would love to see Funimation pick it up and recast them in these roles, particularly Holo's VA, Brina Palencia.

Yeah, I don't know if that would work though.

Anyways, I would like to see Bokurano (it's Gonzo, so why not get it? Also outsource to Ocean), Galaxy Angel series plus Rune (For Z and Rune, outsource to the same cast (Ocean Studios)), Arata: the Legend (it's by the person who made Fushigi Yuugi), Chihayafuru (it's by the director of Chobits and Nana (Morio Asaka)), Muv-Luv Alternative (outsource to Ocean), Hayate seasons 2, 3, the upcoming 4, and the movie (outsource to Ocean)

I have been waiting three years for this anime to return but yet, it didn't, and only because you guys decided not to pick up more seasons of it. I've waited for the anime to continue where it had left off only because it was of the best animes. If you can, PLEASE BRING BACK D. GRAY-MAN D. GRAY-MAN D. GRAY-MAN D. GRAY-MAN D. GRAY-MAN D. Untill the issues with Dentsu or whatever get worked out. Sadly we will not see the rest of D.Gray-man come over to us. Yes its a crime shame.
