I decided to cast some VAs who don't have lead roles as often since I'd assume FUNi would want to make it unique and fresh and not reuse all their regulars for the lead roles.

Brandon Potter as Leorio is a no-brainer. Doubt you can find a better match for that character in FUNi's talent pool. That character screams Brandon Potter.
Illich Guardiola MUST voice Hisoka. I can't imagine any other VA voicing him.
The rest of my guesses I'm not super attached to. I think they'd be a good fit but it wouldn't be the end of the world if others were cast instead and surprised me.

I thought about him, but in my opinion even if he plays his voice straight it's just a little too deep. The ideal would be Marc Dobson (4Kids Zolo from One Piece,) who played him in the Media Blasters dub for the series, but this is just in case the NYAV Post actors cannot be obtained. J. Michael Tatum's voice for Scar from FMA:B in my opinion is the right range for Guts, and that's why I chose him.
Michael Sinterniklaas is a must for ADR Director and Writer no matter which studio ends up dubbing it. He did both for the series and he professes to know Berserk like the back of his hand (and I would not be the one to question him on that).
