Re: Inuyasha: The Final Act - English Dub Discussion
ANN has a clip for the dub preview. Unfrotunately, Kagome and Sesshomaru now have new voice actors. She will be now be voiced by Kira Tozer and Sesshomaru will now be voiced by Michael Daingerfield. It really pisses me off when this sort of thing happens. ANN clip

The original series is being reprinted and re-released at a greatly reduced cost. Sounds like just the thing for those like me who haven't had the opportunity to collect the series yet.

Hopefully the price is the only thing to change. I would love to pick this up. Possibly Final Act too. That's a small possibilty though. VA changes are annoying but it doesn't mean the whole thing will turn out badly.

I gave up on InuYasha a long time ago. Nothing has been updated as far as I know.

Where is it, funimation? Did it just disappear off the face of the Earth? This should have been released months ago! Gah! New information, please.
To all of you inuyasha fans out there, I heard that inuyasha: the final act episodes 14 and up will be released on feb. 12th 2013. it seems as if there holding out on us .... ive been watching inuyasha since i was very little ( since it first came out on adult swim, my first anime in fact ) as probably many of you have. ive grown up watching inuyasha and it ticks me off to have to wait this long to see the end of the beloved series. I mean, i realize the dubbing process is very extensive and lengthy but come on funimation... you guys have finished the dubbing on plenty other anime that are even longer than inuyasha in practicably a months time. i dont understand why its taking so long.... whenever i search for the rest of the episodes past 14, the voices are all wrong and the quality is terrible or there isnt a dubbed video out there of that episode .... please funimation lend us some insight . let me know if what i heard is true... thanks

I am also looking forward to seeing the English dub of Inuyasha come February, as a matter of fact, I already have the set preordered. Part one was good, but I can't wait to watch part 2.
However, Funimation aren't responsible for dubbing it; VIZ has it, so I believe Ocean Studios(in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, yay Canada) has it. They usually do take longer to get the dubs done, but what can you do, at least everyone will be able to enjoy it on Bluray real soon(or DVD if that's what you want).
You read correctly. The streaming channel is called Neon Alley, and it will be debuting on the PS3 sometime in the fall.
And Inuyasha: Final Act is one of the shows on it's programming.
You WISH you were this awesome.

yeah its really annoying. I guess we can take some comfort that they didn't change the whole cast but even 1 main cast change is bothersome.
I reject your reality and replace it with my own.
I have a big feeling this has to do with Final Act's coming release, so I think it's fitting to mention it here.
