Is funimation planning on releasing guilty crown english dubbed?? I have been eagerly anticipating this series for over a year! I have yet to see a release date for it o rightstuf! ( I have be been checing almost every week for the past 6 months!) And others shows that are newer have a release date like shakugan no shana season 3. So it got me worried after finding out C3 wasn't getting a dub. I talked to a user on here dragon0 and he had told me as far as he knows ANN has not said anything about funimation releasing it for home dvd! I always thought funimation release all the anime they licensed dubbed but I found out recently they don't! So can a moderator please confirm for me whether funimation has plans to dub the series currently! Thanks

You can typically go to ANN's encyclopedia and under the title's entry they will have "English Companies" (among any others in the credits near the bottom. G.C. has Funimation for Streaming, and also for License. They originally announced at Anime Weekend Atlanta that they had aquired it and were releasing it on DVD/BD "next year." But, that announcement was in 2011 (end of Sept) so it is apparently going to be 3rd or fourth quarter this year most likely. Link to announcement: Link

Yes, Funimation is dubbing another 24 episodes and the movie, patience, dubs take time.

I believe so, Funi should have Guilty Crown out on DVD/BD combo pack some time this year.
