Godly Tier: ONE PIECE Excellent Tier: Cowboy Bebop, Monster, End of Evangelion [movie], Hellsing Ultimate (NOT TV series, OVA's) Very Good Tier: Tiger & Bunny, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Death Note, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Ao No Exorcist, Soul Eater, Welcome to the NHK, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Hajime No Ippo, Hajime No Ippo New Challenger, Neon Genesis Evangelion, FLCL, Yu Yu Hakusho, first 64 episodes of Bleach only (nothing further than that) Good Tier: Toradora, Sayonaru Zetsubou Sensei, probably a few I've forgotten about Medium Tier: none really... I haven't watched these in 5-10 years, but I guess Inuyasha, Rave Master and the like. Bad Tier: Bleach episodes 65+ Very Bad Tier: Bleach after Turn Back the Pendulum
This would be a very different list if I were to use manga instead of anime, only thing that would be the same is One Piece would still be in Godly tier. I highly recommend that people peruse both instead of just sticking to one medium.
