Okay, I need help on this. I see animes labeled under fan service, like Air , but I see them and they're mostly for boys. They get the big boobs, the naked shots, women touching each other, and panty shots. As...what do the girls get...nothing from what I can tell. Air gear is a nice anime, but I, a girl, feels as if they bastardized the anime with that fan service put in. And High School of the Dead, I was a bit uncomfortable watching because of it...it had a nice story, but was bastardized because of it.
Anyway, I want to know, are there any animes that have fan service that is directed to girls?
You probably should've noted that you want anime for heterosexual girls.
As for recommendations, do you want big manly men or bishounen type characters?

There's always yaoi. That's about as close to fanservice for hetero girls as it can get.
Actually us girls do get some fanservice anime , we get two kinds of fanservice targeted for our gender . For us there is BL undertone/BL fanservice and hot guy fanservice , we also have the genres of yaoi and shounen ai .

Yes, but yaoi doesn't get dubbed...they dubbed Kizuna, Dan Green is in it, Loveless, and Gravitation...and a few that have the undertone to it. Fan service animes for guys are much worse than yaoi. I sure don't get guys playing with each other in the shower. Half the time I'd be lucky if they would even kiss, don't even get that.

Seitokai no Ichizon - I think in english it's called Student Council's Discretion . It has BL fanservice in it , in the series some of the female characters write some fanfiction . They put the only guy who's in the student council in the fanfics with 2 guy characters they make up as love interests for him .

Angel Beats!- Sometimes you can't judge an anime by it's DVD cover , it does have some BL fanservice in it . The BL fanservice happens with 3 guy characters , Onotashi , Naoi and Hinata . The BL fanservice is between Onotashi and Hinata at first and then at a later part Naoi and Hinata sort of look like they're competing each other for Onotashi's affection.
Maid Sama! - No, I'm not joking . The BL fanservice happens between 3 guy characters Usui and Yukimura and Kanou . The BL fanservice is between Usui and Yukimura and also between Kanou and Yukimura . Usui says perverted stuff to Yukimura and he kisses him once and during the anime the characters Kanou and Yukimura look as if they are dating because they also go out together .
