Bizarre premise but apparently the manga is really good. It'll also be Hoods Entertainment's first non-god tier ecchi show.
I know some hardcore fans are flipping out thinking Hoods will screw it up but they should know that the director isn't Hiraku Kaneko who directed Manyuu Hikenchou and Seikon no Qwaser. Personally I hope this show succeeds and an R1 company picks it up. Then during negotiations Qwaser and Manyuu will be included too
Package deals make sense for a new company that hasn't licensed out any of their anime yet.

Fate/Zero 2 - Season 1 was pretty awesome. Not 500 dollars for a DvD set awesome, but I'll definitely watch the streams.
Jormungand - I've heard it described as "Black Lagoon-ish" and that's enough for me.

Naruto SD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full Power Ninden - Rock Lee is my favorite character in Naruto, so I'm definitely interested in checking out a show with him as the lead.
Lupin the 3rd: The Woman Named Fujiko - A little 'ehh' on this but, it's Lupin.
Zetman - LOVE the manga, definitely one of my other favorites from Katsura, and I'm hopin the anime will do it justice.
Yurumates - It looks cute and amusing enough.
Lupin Ikka Seizoroi - It's Lupin the 3rd, 'nuff said.
Amagami SS+ - Still need to see the first series, but it looks great.
s-CRY-ed Alterataion II Quan - Still need to see the first movie, but I LOVE s-CRY-ed.
