Lets try hard to keep this civil, be it your points to your debate/criticism between other with them. It's a flimsy topic, but I know we can keep it from getting to brash, and out of hand. If it does? Mods can zip it up, and throw it in the trash. Things like " I liked/disliked the ______ of _______", and etc. This is about ANIME, nothing else.
I'll start:
- I liked the first 5 episodes of Umineko and thought they adapted the first arc very well.
- Prefer the movie ending of Gurren Lagann to it's anime.
- G Gundam is one of my fav Gundams of the franchise above 00, and 0083.
- I do not like Colleen Clinkenbeards Gohan in DBZ Kai that much. Young Gohan Pre-Cell is fine, her Cell arc voice for him had me dissapointed of her against Cell.
- Stephanie Nadolny made an excellent Young Goku, and Gohan in all forms. She WAS Gohan for me, and it's not nostalgia bias as I gave Clinkenbeard a shot and love her Gohan in Pre-Cell.
- Didn't see the problem with Mark Hildreth as Heero in Gundam Wing.
- Liked Darker than Black Season 2 over the OVA's
- Thought Higurashi's adaption as an anime was well done even with things snipped and cut.
- Didn't like Higurashi Rei, and Kira. Nor the animation style
- Liked R2 of Code Geass. I'm aware of the executive meddling, but to me the ending compared to what they originally had planned is great, and gives a good legacy to Lelouch as he already stood in our perspectives vs. the citizens
- Like Yu's personality in the P4 Anime Adaption even after the Kings Game.
- Love Panty and Stocking. It took every cliche, moe, cute, pretty, heroic, etc. and threw it up with making fun of it in such a fashion that only GAINAX could make that much of awesome ride.
- Aside from Lyuze, liked Casshern Sins.
- Do not like what they did to 16's voice in DBZ Kai at all, nor see the point of it.
- Did not like Buu arc that much to whatsoever for ruining Gohans character...to buid up again against Super Buu...and then have executive and fan meddling to ruin him again.
- Season 4 of Yu Yu Hakusho almost had me drop it from boredom.
- Find Noein underappreciated

Isn't starting a thread, and maybe i'm misinterpreting the thread..but isn't starting a thread saying, other peoples opinions are weird/silly/etc, kind of just asking for trouble.
I mean yeah i'll admit theres some pretty dang radical opinions out there, theres no denying that, but yeah.....
Hmm, I guess overall though as long as it remains civil though theres nothing wrong with it.
I would think the only extreme opinion i've ever seen *that I can think of off the top of my head* Are the ones where people praise or bash a show before they even watch it. I consider pre-meditated love/hate to be an extreme. Sure we all have our own preferences, but I don't think people can justifiably love or hate something just by looking at a picture of it or a PV.
Other then that, I guess speaking of specific shows, I honestly can't understand people who use the words "School Days" and "Masterpiece" in the same sentence. That just doesn't process with me, I try to think about how and my brain goes into SYSTEM ERROR! DOES NOT COMPUTE!

Your misinterpreting. It's to discuss the opinions that others feel weird. Some people have uncommon opinions. Even to the point where people think you're just downright insane. Let's face it; we all have them. Who knows maybe someone doesn't and agrees with you! It's just as perfectly easy to keep this civil as it is for some buffoon to come in and cause a ruckus. If it happens? Lock dis sheet up, and throw away the key with ease. But you won't know that if you just destroy it right now before anyone else posts, and has the thread hit off.
So until then, and hopefully never...the thread deserves a chance, i'm putting my faith that others can simply give wise criticism, and discuss, agree, etc. over aspects other have with ease. I made it clear in the title I did not want some heated grilling argument to happen. (Like if a a widespread of dub vs sub happens) I'm glad you understand this, and I want to be kept as peace, and sound as possible.
I agree with Soundmonkey. Also, I'm a little confused as to why you started this thread. It seems a little pointless to me. Everyone has their own opinions and while they're always open to change, they're your opinions. You can't expect people to always agree with you. And for the most part it seems that this thread is a sort of "knock-off" of others. The title: Anime opinions that make others go "Wat" is evidence of that. Here are some examples of what I mean:
Worst anime you ever saw?, Anime Revisitation Thread , and animes you think should get sequels/remakes?.
Each one gives a situation pretty much like what this thread seems to be for but has one ready. They're not waiting for one to start up.

No their not. This is specifically for aspects of anime you find, and hold in regard of that when you tell the average fan of, they're bewildered at your thoughts. This threads here for explaining why you find things that way, what they are, find if people think the same, or different and WHY they do.
Doesn't have to be AH WANNA SEQUEL, DIS SHEET IS ACTUALLY GOOD BRO, or AH WATCHED DIS AGAIN FROM B4 YO. Can be anything animu related that you think that others find weird. I already stated the further being of this above.

Most people do put their reasons in their posts. Also, those three were just some examples. There are multiple others. I was just making a point and giving an opinion. No need to take it so seriously.

I think I get this - let me try with my opinions on certain animes because I know some of you probably think I'm on glue with my favorites:
I thought Queen's Blade was awesome - I liked i so much, I've mentioned the reasons in other threads, but basically, this anime is in my tier one favorites list right next to animes like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, GunGrave, Tenjho Tenge and Evengelion.
I liked a few other ecchi fanservice type animes that are on my favorites roster - Cat PlanetCuties, Freezing, Samurai Girls, Highschool of the Dead and Ikki Tousen.
I thought Fractale was bloody brilliant - just an awesome anime, many disliked it, I thought it was really well done - right on the tier one roster.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica was good, very good, but I feel it was a tad overrated.
Deathnote was awesome but has no replay value.
