I know the whole idea in this picture is mixing military with music, but there are definitely some look-alikes here. Particularily Perrine and Filicia.
Also, Kaiba and Legato, lol.
Ruri and Primula look pretty similar, if there wasn't such a huge gap between the creation of both shows they'd probably look even more alike lol.
