Well after finding "Angel Beats: Heaven's Door" Manga, which is the prequel (Highly suggest reading) where it began with Yurippe and Hinata. I believe they should animate this first before worrying about an entire different cast or continuation of a new idea. Along with this the manga is already created and the characters already have their actors so I think it would be simpler. Just my opinion I don't mean to discourage or insult anyone else's ideas. A second season wouldn't be too bad. Just to see if the new students coming in would be able to go peacefully gi ti their next stage.
Season one was so great. The ending was so emotional.
I think I like it better with just one season though.
But I guess we'll see what happens in the future.

i agree. not saying it will bad but if it is then i feel like it would ruin season 1. Like gunslinger girl. Personally i disliked the second season but loved the 1st one. (just my opinion)

Actually On Google Chrome I Went To The Angel Beats Website And I Translated It Into English, It Said Something About A Epilogue Story That There Thinking About Doing Just To Smooth Out The Story, It Said That It Is Going To Be About How Otonahi Finds "The Battlefront" Members In Real Life, This Was On The Website However This Is Only A Discussion With The Creators Of Angel Beats But I Hope They Go Thru With It, It Will Continue Right Where The Epilogue Left Off!

Or it could just start before the ending event of season 1 like the ova did or fill in the gaps season 1 left with it's rushed ending.

I wouldn't mind a season 2 tbh but it would probably be a spinoff rather than a direct sequel as the ending of season 1 seemed legit.
