Hello, I am Tager, president of The Cute Deadly Cicadas Anime Club (TCDCAC), and I have posted this here to answer the role call of the anime clubs on this forum! 
We are currently established in Wake County of North Carolina, and I am reluctant to establish a town considering that the location may change on occasion. The current location is my house. 
Other than that, we are recognized by rightstuf and have a full constitution.

Well, I'm not sure about other people outside of state joining us since you can't really come to meetings, so how about I make you a preliminary member for another branch?

Wake county is too far
We are always up for expanding the TCDCAC to many different parts of North Carolina! Feel free to set up a branch, and we will give you a copy of the constitution and your own title! Depending on where you are, we will give you [N/E/S/W]TCDCAC. Please feel free to apply today!
