Me and some friends are trying to start an anime club up at our college, but the problem that we keep worrying about is that there will be a lack of balance between types of anime we watch due to probable taste in shows in potential members even though we would have a large variety of shows and genres to choose from. Does any one have any ideas on how we could prevent this? This is driving us mad
, so help would be appreciated.

You could have everybody write down their top 5 animes and then watch the ones that have the most votes. That's what my club did last semester and it worked out pretty well. Also, if members have any new anime they would like to watch with everybody you can have a sort of "discovery" night where you play like the first episode of each anime they want.
Hope this helps!
