I fu*#%=^ love Air Gear, finished watching the series today! The soundtrack, HOOOLLYYY SHIIII***! Best anime I have seen without a doubt. I really enjoyed this anime and can't believe I didn't watch it when it came out. I preferred the original Japanese voices however
Toei Animations created the animated Air Gear. I've emailed Toei Animations' English site asking why they stopped making episodes. I assume there wasn't enough support or they were tight on budget. I even asked what we (fans) can do for another season. I have a feeling I should email the Japanese site though. I might email Satelight (probs misspelt) as well, the creators of the 3 OVA's. I'll post again later, I might use trusty google translate to get through. I urge you to do the same. Lets hope for a season 2 because the manga ended!

Well,.. Hello every one. Yes I am new here as well. More acurately this is the first forum I has ever signed up for..... and it is all due to AIR GEAR. My story starts about3 years ago seeing a few episodes on "on demand" and then it dissapeared from there and for some reason or another I forgot the name and couldn't find it. I knew I would find it once I saw the cover but it would be until recently that I found it on netflix ,I was sooo happy to see from start to finish ( words can not express the feeling I had finding out there was no season 2) Before Air Gear, Initial D was my all time favorite, and I say that now because this morning I woke up to the intro song in my head!
I find it funny that Naruto was out as long as it was and I couldn't even get into it. Every episode (trick) I was left wanting more and more. I am going to get the dvd's after I get paid to show more support and telling every one I know about it ( even the ones who don't watch anime)
about Air Gear! We all need to keep up these forums and you tube vids to show support and if we are lucky, we will finaly fill the holes in our hearts.
Sorry but the second seasons of air gear is not comming I dont know why, it could be because of the ratins in the usa or japan or the usa wont allow it.All I know is that the manga is finished and it could return but I dout it.

Does the manga take the story farther than the anime and is worth reading... Hoping for seasin two
