The Baka and Test: Summon the Beast OVA hit stores yesterday. To mark the third release in the world of Baka and Test we are holding a contest that takes a certain kind of person. Someone who knows the value of knowledge and intelligence...and is willing to ignore all that at a chance to win some pretty sweet prizes!
Class F is looking for three new students to join them. Of course these need to be students who meet the class', um, standards. So we will be asking a series of questions to find the right candidates. The student who submits the "best" answer will join the class and be given a welcoming gift.
Answer the following question. Most creative, unintelligent, or 'BAKA' answer wins the prize!
We will be asking a question today (see below), Thursday, and Friday. Post your answer in the comments of each blog post to enter. You will have 24 hours to answer each question. Winners will be announced before the next question. You may enter once for each question. This contest is open to residents of US and Canada excluding Quebec and Puerto Rico. Click here for full rules.
If you haven't had a chance to check out the Baka & Test OVA take a look at the trailer.
synopsis:
Class F is back in the Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts: OVA Special Collection! Fumizuki Academy's popular Refreshing Festival is quickly approaching, and the student body is busy prepping class projects. For Yoshii and the gang, there's a lot more at stake than showing off for campus visitors. If Class F doesn't profit from its festival project and buy some new gear for its dumpy room, Mizuki's parents are going to send her to another school! Of course, even if the slack pack makes some money, they'll have to win one of the toughest Summoner Test Wars of their lives before they're allowed to spend it. It's not going to be easy, that's for sure. But once the underachievers of Class F get motivated, they don't give up - and they can't even spell surrender!
If you missed them Season One (DVD/Blu-ray Combo) and Season Two (DVD/Blu-ray Combo) are available now.
Question #1: Math
You’re on a train that leaves New York for Orlando at 8AM, going 60 mph. Three hours later, a train leaves Orlando for New York, going 85 mph. Orlando and New York are 1200 miles apart. What time will you be able to see the other train pass?
BAKA answer example: Who takes trains nowadays? I’ve never taken a train in my life. I’m not even from New York, but even if I was, I’d be taking a plane to Miami, and you definitely can’t see the train from your window when you’re above the clouds. Am I going to Disney World?

This is a very hard math question.
What my head is thinking is that one song "Train Train - The Blue Hearts"
8am! who wakes up that early! this question is obviously a set up to make me agree to waking up earlier! ha you won't get me..wait but what if I don't agree and my punishment is being put on a train going to Orlando AHHHH! what if the other train is full of anime and manga! ahhh! TT^TT it will be going to fast that I can't make out the titles that are in it....but what if it's full of good anime am I supposed to jump to it...what if the train I am in is trapping me and I cant jump over to the anime goods! the tourture! how could someone do such a thing!. B-B-BUT wait what if this is one of those fated encounters like in the animes! YES i'll walk out the train and we'll bump into each other and there will be sparks in the air~ AHHH JUST WAIT ORLANDO-CHAN IM COMING!
This is a complex problem as it requires me to get on the train at 8 AM which I have deemed impossible. Therefore, I need to build a time machine to go back in the past before the train has left to wake myself up in time to get on the uhhhh what were we talking about? A cruise to Utah or was it the plane to that place? Hmmmm. Screw it. I got games to play. I can just send someone on the train to get the answer. But would I need to make a time machine for them? Why does this have to be some complicated! Whatever, guessing will just be quicker. My final answer is 10 cookies because nothing goes better with milk than strawberries!
Who is New York leaving Orlando for? What did he do wrong and further more, why is she doing it at 60 MPH? But it must be okay since Orlando is leaving New York now, I mean, why were they together in the first place? Aren't those trains going kinda slow?
Simple.....What color are the trains?
This is a trick question. The answer is never, because trains don't actually exist. They are a fake form of transportation like hydrogen cars and electric vehicles. Also there's an 8 am? Hmm... maybe that's why my boss is always mad at me for showing up at noon.
.....(baka~ that's what you get for stealing my train...)

if the train goes to orlando to new york and the train goes to new york a to orlando passing by, would be a mass genocide if the train collide, killing of hundreds of passengers. the answers is by the time the train, they collide to crash, killing time and money to not only repair a train, train track, but also people dead corpses. if i were to take a train, either i would see santa clause by taking a polar express, or go to go take the train to go hogworts (if so, if the secret passage to the train is closed, i would be a huge baka and everyone thinks i'm a lunatic to go to magical society to learn magic). i would have ikaros from heaven's lost property to do a round estimate of when the train collide (she can fly at mach 25?! she might take her less than 5 minutes to do a round trip), even so she would do the math, since she's an angeloid.
Whatever time I feel like seeing it! After all, I can just get off the train in Washington, DC, and wait for the Orlando train to show up. Or Boston, or Raleigh, or Charleston, or Baltimore, or Seattle... Wait, do I even pass by Seattle? This is harder than I thought.
Better solution... Instant Transmission.
I like trains.
.,... Wait..... Do they even have trains that go from Orlando? That's like on an island by Florida right? Is there like some really big bridge that gets them there? Can we do that with Hawaii? Can I take a train to Hawaii instead?
