One question will funimation get Index season 2 and the movie?
Second question will Index ever see a blue ray release?
Will the Railgun OVA and special ever get released as well?

Will Funimation license Index season 2? and the movie?
I sure they gonna release the second season and the movie but the problem is when

1. Depends on how well the first season does.
2. Maybe; see #1.
Seeing how they are dubbing it now and they have the full spin-off odds are they're going to get season 2 out.
I think they would sell more of the 1st season if there were actual physical STORES where you can buy them from.
I just watched it all in 1 sitting, not sure how i'm gunna feel if they don't release season 2.

Just got this from rightstuf and finally sat down to watch this. Pretty awesome show, hopefully I can watch and acquire season 2 legally...
