any information would be nice,

A fan,
From what I last heard, they have been dealing with business Genon before they can start production. Though have also heard they have been working on Hell Sing a lot lately, which is another Genon property. So chances are they are probably workign on Index and Rail Gun at this point, I am hopeful for release in the late summer or fall.
Releases for all three are planned, but I do not have an ETA. It'd be a bit silly to pay for them and then not release them.
I suggest hitting up for more information.
I guess that's the official word then ha ha!
Can You tell us in what order these titles are going to be released in. Meaning, which of these titles is funimation giving the most priority to.
Actual confirmation that they are still in the pipeline is definitely welcome.
Signature? What signature?
Hmm.... 2008....2009....2010....2011...2012......
And this is the FIRST we see anything suggesting "Maybe"
it'll happen.
I certainly hope that FUNimation pushes ToAru Majutsu no Index
It's going to be hard to call it by A Certain Something English
name... doesn't even sound right. Then again, I hope they take
the DUBBING process quite seriously. A poor DUB cast will kill
any future Projects (Being Kagaku, Index II, the Movie, and the
inevitable Final Season Index III)
In retrospect I hope J.C.Staff understands we're expecting a better
Season 3 to Index than we saw for Shana Final(III). Same thing goes
for the third Season of Hayate-again hopefully they do better than
that Movie they released. (All-time fan of Hayate- Thank you Animax
for the Hayate English DUB!)
Anyways. I'm a big fan of Index-even moreso than Shana. So better not
screw this up. I will be getting the BD/DVD for sure!
By the way: Predicted Date of Release?
Shana's final season was awesome. [And also, these are adaptations of Light Novels. J.C. Staff does not make them from scratch]
And also, the license was announced at 2010, so '08 and '09 do not count. It was only delayed by one year.
And it's not a maybe. It's a definitely.
On a final note...why would they not use the translated version of the title?
at this point it can be any day there have been lots like chaos head. that just made a pop up after them saying feb it just came out later with out them saying much so funi is just
about stuff^^

Well, because of Index & Nagi Sanzenin being featured in the Shakugan no Shana-tan specials (which the Shakugan no Shana series is dubbed by Ocean Studios), to maintain consistency with the specials, Funimation would either have to dub Index & Railgun and Hayate the Combat Butler via Ocean Studios, or, in case if they dub Index, Railgun, and Hayate (if they license rescue season 1 from Bandai (since it was released sub-only and their license has expired) and license season 2, the movie, and the upcoming season 3), do a complicated procedure that involves dubbing Index & Nagi in-house and splicing those two tracks with the rest of the English track (Ocean-dubbed).
Well, there isn't going to be an Animax dub of Hayate season 3 because Animax will now air sub-only since Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan.

animation, young adults, digital era
umm how that? thay dont have to get the Ocean Studios guys. just because Ocean did a few voices way back in the day dose not mean Funi needs to get them to dub all the shows lol thats so off that be like saying just because 4kids did the first dub for one piece Funid have to track down all the voice actors to dub the rest.
