Wel of course Index and Mikoto take the top spot. Love the littl interragation they had for Touma in the later eps.
I reject your reality and replace it with my own.
Well i'd have to say that i really have a few too many favourites. Mikoto, Accelerator, Kinuhata Saiai, Kuroyoru Umidori, Acqua of the Rear, Stiyl, Tatemiya Saiji, Tsuchimikado, Hamazura Shiage and of course Index. there are probably like ten more characters i could list, but that would make the list even more bloated than it is already.

Misaka 'biribiri/bug zapper/ spary/wtf they're going with" Mikoto
Tsushimikado (I spelled this wrong huh?)
Itsuwa
and a few others whose name I can't say at the momment.
The characters in this show are the biggest reason I watch and enjoy it so much~!
Well I would have to say that Misaka and Kuroko are by far my favorite characters. However after watching Railgun I dont think that show had a bad character.

Agnese Sanctis is my first. Got to love her cuteness and how well she rocks the platform shoes with the goldfish inside of them.
Next is a real close tie between Vento of the Front and Sherry Cromwell. Both of them are sexy, just a little disturbed and can do some serious damage. You may question the Vento choice, but she had me once I saw the tongue piercing.
Then we have Oriana Thomson for the very obvious reason. I'm a man and I have a pulse so sue me.
Finally, it would be Last Order simply for the fact that she is absolutely adorable.
