I personally think these voice actors would fit these characters perfectly.
Touma Kamijou= Todd Haberkorn
Index= Alexis Tipton
Mikoto MIsaka= Cherami Leigh
Accelerator= Eric Vale
Stiyl Magnus Newton Pittman
Kaori Kanzaki= Luci Christian

eh, not sure about Todd as Touma. if he weren't currently pissed at Funi, i would suggest Chris Patton. Kinda see Luci Christian as a better Misaka

I am actually watching this show for the first time recently and now can't wait for it to come out on dvd.
While watching the show though, I didn't think about the dub's casting, but then I heard Accelerator and was like......
ACCELERATOR IS AARON DISMUKE!
The scene where he is laughing sounds exactly like him, and then after that the character sounded like him all the tine. I don't know how they will cast it, but I think Aaron Dismuke would be perfect for Accelerator.

Back to topic, I'm thinking that if Funimation outsourced this dub to Ocean Studios, Brad Swaile could work as Touma.

Luci Christian should be saved for Kuroko... it just makes sense.
Because Luci Christian has both a sweet and hard sounding voice? That is true and I agree that she would fit Kuroko's role quite well, but the same can also be said for Monica Rial and Laura Bailey
Wait, what? When did he say that? If that's true then I suppose we won't be seeing him in any dubs for a while, which is fine, as he was one of the overused VA's, anyway. (not saying that I don't like him, just that it's annoying to see certain VA's used in so many dubs..)
And as for the cast, I think Newton Pittman might be a good fit for Touma, and I can't really picture an English VA for Index.. not sure what would fit. Cherami Leigh sounds like a good fit for Misaka, but there are others. Definitely Luci Christian for Kaori. Monica Rial would fit pretty well for Kuroko. As for the rest, not sure, but with the remark of FUNi outsourcing this one, things could go in a completely different direction on the dub. Whatever is decided, I'm sure the dub will be great.

I think they should get a new voice actor cause i cant think of anyone who could play index. plus its always the same actors they use.
